Prayer and Pastoral Care

Prayer – A message from your Prayer and Pastoral Care Team
Prayer is a core value for members of the Church of St. Jude. During this time of uncertainty and chaos, prayer remains more important than ever. Prayers are offered daily on behalf of those in need, so if you or someone you know is in need of prayer support, please let it be known. Remember – if we are not told, then we are unaware of the need. This is true especially now when regular gatherings and services are not happening, due to social distancing and isolation.
You can make Prayer Requests via email to Sharon Frank, Prayer and Pastoral Care leader at [email protected] or call 519-933-3164. Blessings and may you be well and safe!

Please pray for: Tobin; Mary Anne and Ray; Joanne; Wes; Margaret; Pat and Sean; Brenda; Laurel and Rob; Ruth; Yvonne and Suzette; Cooper; David and Cindy plus Norma June; Nancy, June, Susan Stephanie and Ronald, Scot and Logan, Richard, Beth, Shirley, Jan and Paul, Tracy, John, Keith, Chris and Phyllis.
Pray for lives lost, those infected by, those in isolation, those exposed to racial prejudice and any others whose lives are impacted by the Coronavirus and fear. Also pray for all who serve, provide care and support for the welfare of all COVID -19 victims.

We have had to cancel this study at the church, but you can continue to see the video and meditate on it. Go to www.ssje.org and scroll down until you see the “Signs of Life” entry. This week the topic is Food.

We have a winner, Jo Anne Carpenter, who reported her brothers seeing two on 4th March, but she saw two on 11th March. However, Martha Cosan also reported robins, two single sightings and a convention of 18 in Springbank Park, on 14th March. (They’ll have to stop that, no big gatherings allowed at the moment).
