Summer services. Begin on Sunday 25th June, when we switch to
just one service of Holy Eucharist at 9.30 am each week. This will run
until September. The service on 25th June is an extra special one because
we shall be having baptisms, which hasn’t happened for a while, so get
up a little earlier and plan on attending this very special event.

The church office is open Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Prayer lists.
Parish members are invited to have the name of a person
upheld in prayer during Sunday services Intercessions (Prayers of the People)
by simply entering the name in the black prayer request book located in the
Narthex. Those unable to attend to this can call the office and ask that Kathy
enter the name in the book on your behalf. Sharon will again be managing
the prayer list. Please note that a number of names have been removed as
there have been no updates in a long time. If your loved one’s name is not
on the active prayer list a simple call the office at 519-660-6198 to again have
the name added. Thanks to all who give updates status on Prayer needs.

Mission Services provides food, emergency shelter, clothing, crisis intervention
and rehabilitation programs.
The Unity Project works to stabilize people in their moment of crisis and to engage
them in their own process toward lasting stability utilizing all available community
resources. they work with clients and other agencies to combat homelessness
through finding housing with wrap around supports.
Needed: toiletries, razors, underwear, socks, wallets, bus tickets, t-shirts,
backpacks and coffee mugs. Donations can be placed in the box in the Narthex. Thank you.

Breakfast Program
This past Saturday we served a record 86 breakfasts! Each time we meet new friends who have
heard about the program from others or have seen our signs. The numbers indicate that food
insecurity continues to be an issue for many – young, middle age and seniors. The weather was
perfect for folks to enjoy our outside spaces while visiting with friends. Your continued
financial support is needed and appreciated in order that we can provide a nutritious meal for
participants. Thank you!
Our next breakfast is Saturday June 17th from 9 – 10:30 am. All are welcome!

Strawberries for St. Jude’s Breakfast Program. It is our tradition to serve fresh
strawberries at our breakfast closest to Canada Day. Financial donations will be appreciated to
help us provide this treat. This year we will be serving breakfast on Canada Day – July 1st.
