Bazaar. A huge “thank you” to all who contributed in any way to our 2023 Bazaar – organizers,
set up people, clean uppers, those who made stuff, those who donated stuff, those who stood and
sold for four hours, everyone!! As a result, the total this year is currently nearing $8000.00, and
may well go higher as final numbers come in. Thank you, and well done!!
Janette Newcombe especially wants to thank the bakers who donated their goodies to the Bake
Table, which was a great success!
If you couldn’t get to the Bazaar, Cherie will be putting out some of the left over items for sale
on Sunday after the service.

Learning Together

The Weekly Bible Study resumes November 30th at 7:00pm..
You can attend every week or just occasionally if that is what your schedule allows. We will
hear a passage of scripture read a number of times. Each time the passage is read participants
will be asked to reflect on a different question. Following each reading of the passage
participants will be invited to share their thoughts and reflections on the question they were
asked to think about.
This is a very informal approach to reading and talking about scripture and again everyone is
welcome.
Here is the link for the study: Join Zoom Meeting, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81338897948

An Advent study series via Zoom from St. Aidan’s Church, featuring Brian Zahnd,
“The anticipated Christ: an Advent journey”, begins tonight, 29th
November, and continues on 6th and 13th December. See the poster in the Narthex for
full details, including how to register.

Social

Men’s Coffee Hour on Tuesday December 5th at 10.00 am in the LGC Room. All parish men
are invited and welcome – why not bring a friend?

Let’s Celebrate
