More than 80% are dealing with mental health challenges. Needs: panties (all sizes), hats/mittens, small birthday gifts, hairbrushes, feminine hygiene products; craft items, wool, jewelry.
anova: formerly Women’s Community House (WCH) and Sexual Assault Centre London (SACL), anova provides safe places, shelter, support, counselling, and resources for abused women, their children, and all oppressed individuals to find a new start. Provide enhanced sexual violence and prevention work for youth, and an integrated 24-hour crisis and support line.
Needs: pajamas, slippers, coloring books and crayons, makeup, sheets, craft items, wool.

St. Paul's Foodbank
Our next Paul’s Place food bank Sunday is this Sunday, 10th May. The usual stuff, pasta sauce, pasta noodles, canned meat, canned soup, pork & beans, peanut butter or jam, mac & cheese, toilet paper, granola bars or oatmeal for kids, are all much appreciated, plus fresh vegetables and/or fruit. Oh, and egg cartons too, if you have some.

Community Breakfast: The team served 122 breakfasts this past Saturday. It was a beautiful sunny morning and our guests and friends were in good spirits. We gladly welcomed two new volunteers- a student and a St. Jude’s parishioner. Both said they enjoyed the morning and will join us again. Are you interested in volunteering but not sure if this ministry is a good fit? Come and visit on the first or third Saturday each month and see our volunteers in action. You can also check out the prep teams at work on the Friday morning before each breakfast. Our next breakfast is Saturday May 16 from 9 - 10:30 am. All are welcome!

This sermon is called, On Being an Advocate in the Face of the Unknown.
